A regional water utility was making the transition to an online customer support system and enlisted MarCom Group to help inform and prepare their customers for the transition.
We created a website, a series of ads, posters, and direct mail pieces to announce the new online system and help guide users through the process of acclimating to the web-based tools—especially the bill payment system.
