As MarCom Group’s Marketing Analyst, or Marketing Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for researching and understanding industry trends and marketing best practices. You’ll be tasked with collecting, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics for paid and organic marketing campaigns and helping the agency.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report web and marketing metrics
  • Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
  • Utilize online market research and catalog findings to databases
  • Formulate and present marketing plans to senior management and clients
  • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
  • Develop After Action reports for marketing campaigns and monthly metrics reports for clients
  • Work alongside Account Managers and Creative Directors to determine optimal placements, target audience, and strategies for marketing campaigns
  • Gather and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods
  • Implement a metrics reporting dashboard to consolidate agency’s marketing efforts across client accounts
  • Remain keenly attuned to market trends and best practices
  • Assess and improve current SEO standing for agency and applicable client domains

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a marketing analyst or related field
  • Well-versed in Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Experience with SEO duties
  • Deep knowledge of data warehousing and mining
