2) U.S. Office of Personnel Management - Center for Talent Services (OPM CTS) Contract Vehicle
OPM CTS provides recruitment and staffing assistance directly to Federal agencies on a reimbursable basis. MarCom Group works with OPM CTS, as one of their Advertising Agency contractors, to provide employer branding and recruitment services as well as HR consulting, marketing and advertising support.
MarCom Group helps agencies differentiate themselves from their public and private sector competitors.
