Debra Frushour founded the MarCom Group in 1996 as an events management company, providing technical coordination and marketing support for event, conference, and exhibit needs.

With over 12 years of experience in the advertising industry, Debra quickly expanded the MarCom Group's services at the request of numerous key clients. By 1997, the MarCom Group had become the full-service communications firm it is today.
